Upon passing the Part 1 & 2 written examination, candidates will be known as Probationary Estate Agents (PEA), all PEA are required to do two years practical with Registered Real Estate Agency & a WORK DIARY must be completed & & signed & submitted to BOVEAE.

Part 4
Test of Professional Competency (TPC)
Upon completion of Practical Work Experience and Work Dairy approved by BOVEAE, all PEA’s are eligible to apply for the TPC, where an oral interview will be conducted.
