平底锅烤面包
(直接法)
分量~ 8 个
材料~
A. 高筋面粉 high protein flour/bread flour 270g
低筋面粉 normal flour 30g
速发干酵母 yeast 1/2 table spoon
鸡蛋 egg 1 (+ - 50g)
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g
盐 salt 1/8 table spoon
牛奶 milk 150cc
无盐奶油 unsalted butter 30g

B. 起司丝 grated cheese 200g (可以依个人喜欢的馅料,up to ur favorite

C. 有盖的不沾平底锅 non stick pan
