如果负担的起的话，去INTI,TAYLOR,USCI ,去读A LEVEL,他们这3间教A-LEVEL 的老师都是外国来的
我的意识是说不是UTAR 没有degree 读engineering==我是说在diploma或者是foundation 的时候，KDU会比其他的好，他那边的教材会比其他的college 好1点。
算来了，APU读至少80k
有什么奖学金介绍? 暂时我知道的是star education fund
